Former CIA & NSA Consultant: 'We Have Remains of 4 Alien Species in Our Underground Facilities'

Dr. Hal Puthoff, a renowned physicist, former consultant to the Pentagon's AAWSAP program, and researcher with ties to the CIA and NSA, caused a stir in a recent interview on The Diary of a CEO podcast (May 2026). He claimed that U.S. federal agencies have recovered non-human biological remains from UFO crash sites across multiple incidents.

He stated that 'people involved in recovery programs' have described at least four distinct types of life forms. Puthoff's long-time collaborator Dr. Eric Davis had previously described them as:

• Nordics — Humanoid beings very similar to humans (often described as tall and blonde). • Grays — The classic small, hairless creatures with large black eyes. • Reptilians — Beings with reptilian features, scales, and a tail. • Insectoids — Creatures resembling giant mantises or insects.

All descriptions point to a humanoid form (two arms, two legs).

Puthoff emphasized: 'With the level of technology they possess, if they didn't want to be noticed, we wouldn't see them.'

He clarified he has not seen the remains himself but relies on 'trusted insiders' from recovery programs.

These claims come as the Trump administration pushes for greater UAP transparency, with recent document disclosures. Similar testimony was given by former intelligence officer David Grusch in 2023, speaking of 'non-human biological specimens.'

However, these are unverified claims based on second-hand testimony. The Pentagon and official agencies have not confirmed the existence of extraterrestrial life or such recoveries. Many scientists and analysts consider this part of the long-running UAP discussion, without physical evidence released to the public.
